Free cancellation is available until midnight 21 days before arrival. After this time, changes will not be possible, and the full amount will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show. The guest authorizes the charge of 100% of the reservation amount at any time after the free cancellation period ends. The reservation will be automatically cancelled if the payment is declined on the provided card.
The hotel allows pets with a deposit of 200 euros, which can be paid in cash or card. This deposit will be refunded during the check-out process if there are no damages to the room. It is important to note that pets are not allowed access to the common areas, with special emphasis on prohibiting their presence in the solarium and pool area. Additionally, guests are asked to remove their pets from the rooms during housekeeping.
The parking located in our building has limited spaces and will be assigned based on availability. If we do not have availability, we will assign a space in an arranged parking lot located 150 meters from our Hotel. In our car park the price is per day of stay (starting at 1:30 p.m. on the day of check-in and you must vacate the space no later than 1 p.m. on the day of check-out). In the arranged parking the price is for a period of 24 hours from the time you enter the parking lot. In the case of large vehicles, consult in advance.
